* Tips to improve the circularity and the quality: remove screws, bolts, wood frames or zip-ties from the signs. A clean and well-sorted input of products allows for a high quality and high circularity of the end material.

Operation

• Select the most convenient size of recycling box for your location.
• All recycling containers are pre-paid for postage, so no hassle to you.
• Your recycling box will be shipped by Purolator.
• Once you receive your recycling box, assemble it and position it so it can be visible and easily accessible. If you selected a carton box, please protect it from rain.
• Collect eligible materials.
• When the recycling box is full, seal it tight in preparation for transport.
• Please contact Purolator at 1-888-SHIP-123 to schedule a pickup. Note that your prepaid return shipping label will be already attached to your recycling box and this label is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. If you have not returned the box in this period, please contact us and we will send you a new label.
• Then, to continue recycling with us, you will need to reorder a new recycling box.

Notes

• We cannot ship to or pick up at PO Boxes.
• Please carefully secure the container before shipping to make sure that there are no risks that the box collapses during the transportation.
